TERMS AND CONDITION 

1.Conditions

 

a. Lynelle Hair Fashion and Keira Hair Extensions are registered trademarks of Lynelle Hair Fashion.

b. These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods (which expression shall where the context so permits include the supply of services Lynelle Hair Fashion to a buyer who is acting in the course of a business to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

c. The Company reserves the right to add to, alter, amend or withdraw any of these Terms and Conditions or the Company's Service Guarantee without any prior notice.

d. All orders for goods until accepted or rejected at its discretion by the Company shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase goods pursuant to these Conditions and all goods are offered subject to availability.

e. The Company reserves the right at any time to impose price change on any items prior to the order being accepted by the Company. The Buyer shall pay the price of the goods on acceptance of order by Lynelle before goods are dispatched.

f. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotations, price lists, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the buyer.

g. In these Terms and Conditions 'Working Day' means Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, in each week except any Bank or Public Holiday in either the Company's place of business or the country of delivery or such other days when the Company's sales office is closed as notified to the Buyer from time to time.

 

2. Ordering, Payment and Shipping Policy

 

Ordering and Payment

 

a. Select the product by clicking the Details then click the Add to Cart. There is no minimum purchase.

b. You can alter the quantity of the product by entering the desired quantity under the Quantity Column. If you wish to add more items please modify the quantity entered earlier. If you wish to delete the prior order, please click the DELETE icon. Click the Go to Checkout Button to proceed to the shopping cart.

c. Please provide and correctly spell your complete and accurate billing name, address , phone and Email address. Do not give 2 addresses. This is very important because your order may not be processed in a timely manner if you provide incorrect or invalid information.

d. Orders are processed daily from Mondays through Saturday. Orders received before 4:00 PM (Manila time) from Mondays through Saturday are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed on a Sunday, or on a Holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.

e. Choose the Payment Option: PAY USING PAYPAL or electronic cash transfer to our GCash, BPI or BDO account as stated in the mode of payment or over-the-counter cash deposit for the payment. 

f. Please ensure that you have your credit card number, issue date, expiry date, postcode, and security number ready and correct when placing your order. If you are using somebody else's card you MUST provide a valid government issued identification card as proof of authorization to use their card. 

g. Save your order click the Continue Button to proceed to payment page for order confirmation.

h. You will be receiving an Order Confirmation E-mail from our Customer Service that we received your order but this does not mean that your order is successful and will be processed. After checking and validating your details and recipient information you will be receiving another e-mail if the information you provided us was incorrect or incomplete but if there is no problem with your order you will no longer receive a mail and its means that your order's status is in process.

Shipping Policy

 

a. Lynelle Hair Fashion offers door-to-door delivery to most parts of the Philippines. If we cannot deliver to the destination you indicated, our sales executive will immediately inform you that we will not be able to process your order.

b. However, there are instances when items ordered and processed may not be successfully delivered to your intended recipient. In such cases, lynellehair.com is not liable for delay or non-delivery of your orders and does not entitle you to a refund and/or product replacement. Once your order has left our premises it is then solely and fully in the hands of the delivery/courier company as from the day your order status is changed to "Sent Out" or "Dispatched" (by choosing a shipping option this is the follow on service you have chosen and paid for yourself as a customer). We can provide you with any tracking information, dates, and reference numbers and help you with the claims from third party carrier.

c. Whenever you place an order with lynellehair.com, you certify that the delivery details provided are correct and/or accurate. Our sales executive will contact and inform you that the delivery address originally provided is incorrect and will request you to verify the address and/or provide us with a NEW and VALID delivery address.

d. If a package is returned to us because you failed to get it redelivered or collect it from your local delivery office within the timescale because you or kin relative were not home when the postman attempted to deliver, then postage fees to resend an item back out to you may be requested before it is resent, because we (as the sender), have to repay postage on the item to be resent.

e. Furthermore, lynellehair.com sales executive shall be not liable for any loss, delay, non delivery or misdelivery of your orders due to any of the following:

 

  • Act of God or force majeure including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, civil commotion, natural disaster or calamity, bad weather condition, acts of public enemies.

  • Act, omission, fault of shipper, its agent, third party claiming interest in the shipment and government agencies with actual or apparent authorities.

  • Nature of the shipment or other characteristic, defect or inherent vice thereof.

 

Note: All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per third party carrier rates.

 

3. Warranties and Liabilities

 

a. Lynelle Hair Fashion will replace products found to be defective on delivery without charge. Goods incorrectly supplied or invoiced as a result of error on the part of the Company will be credited without charge. Any item in its original, undamaged packaging, except special order products, may be returned within 7 days of delivery. These are the sole remedies in such cases. Furthermore, we guarantee that the products undergone quality control free from defects in materials.

b. The above warranty is given by the Company subject to the condition that Lynellehair.com shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, failure to follow maintenance instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair without the Company's approval. Lynelle Hair Fashion reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these terms and conditions. Please check this page periodically for changes.
