An in-depth digital analysis using a high-resolution scalp camera to assess scalp condition, follicle health, and hair density. This helps to identify your scalp type and recommend the most suitable Lynelle therapy for optimal results. Identifies scalp type and current condition Detects oil balance, buildup, and sensitivity levels Documents progress through before-and-after photos Best done before your first session and periodically for tracking wellness results.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Lynelle Hair & Scalp Wellness 1. Scope of Services Lynelle provides non-invasive hair, scalp, skin, and wellness services focused on relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. All services are wellness-based and are not medical, clinical, or salon services. Treatments do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. 2. Wellness Assessment A hair and scalp analysis may be conducted prior to services. Clients must disclose accurate information regarding sensitivities, pregnancy, or health considerations. Lynelle may adjust or decline services if unsuitable. 3. Individual Results Results vary per individual. No outcomes or timelines are guaranteed. Multiple sessions and proper aftercare may be required. 4. Packages & Wellness Offers Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Complimentary sessions must be used within the stated validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. 5. Appointments & Time Policy Appointments are reserved per client. Late arrivals may shorten sessions. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may result in session forfeiture. 6. Light-Based & Wellness Device Services Device-assisted services are non-invasive and designed for comfort. Lynelle is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed conditions or failure to follow care guidelines. 7. Wellness Contraindications Services may be postponed for clients with active irritation, light sensitivity, pregnancy, or ongoing medical treatments. Clients must inform staff of changes prior to each visit. 8. Refund Policy All services are final and non-refundable. Unused package sessions are not convertible to cash. 9. Personal Belongings Lynelle is not responsible for lost or unattended personal items. 10. Conduct & Right to Refuse Lynelle reserves the right to refuse service to maintain a respectful wellness environment. 11. Updates & Modifications Terms may be updated at any time.
